If you have a few gray hairs, you'll remember those crazy, fantastic 1970s that changed the world – including the watchmaking. New shapes and colors featuring organic and liquid designs echoed the forms of nature in a dreamlike realm suspended between imagination and reality.

And straight from those years, Glashütte Original brings back this chronograph, with all its somewhat retro elegance, underscored by the degradé green color of its dial, which becomes so fascinating in this age of bits and computers, far away and yet so close.

Although its vintage influences are apparent, the heart of this timepiece is contemporary and highly innovative. It is a proprietary caliber 37-02, encased within its 40 mm steel case, revealed through the watch's visible sapphire crystal case back that ensures its water resistance of 100 meters.

It includes an automatic chronograph movement beating at 28,800 bph and offers a power reserve of an impressive 70 hours. The push-button operation of this Glashütte Original Seventies Chronograph Panorama Date is velvety smooth, thanks to the presence of the column wheel- The caliber is decorated with the usual care of the German manufacturer. In addition, this movement offers a flyback function and incorporates a magnificent date display that incorporates the Grande Date quick-action system.
