Rado offers this fascinating version of its Captain Cook with a ceramic case in three color versions, animated by the precise Powermatic caliber.
Who but Rado could have come up with such a result? A true ISO 6425 certified diver's watch with a ceramic case that faithfully reflects the tradition of the House's most famous diver's watch, with its unmistakable line embellished with ceramic details.
Rado has always been at the forefront of the use of advanced materials. In this case, it wanted to reach a new milestone: creating a diver's watch with an astonishing 300 meters of water resistance using one of the most stable materials of all, namely ceramic. The large 43mm case of the Rado Captain Cook is made of high-tech ceramic, a scratch-resistant and hypoallergenic material with a natural, almost organic look and feel that makes it an ideal complement to your wrist.
A precise heart with 80 hours of autonomy for the Rado Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Diver
The Rado Captain Cook is equipped with the automatic R763 caliber – based on ETA's Powermatic 80 system – with variable inertia and free Nivachron balance spring to ensure complete resistance to magnetic fields. The movement, regulated in five positions, ensures near-chronometric performance and is protected inside the case by a titanium case back decorated with the motif of two seahorses.
There are three variants available: a matte black model, an olive green model, and a plasma gray model (with two different sunburst effect dials), each with two different types of straps: a color-coordinated ceramic bracelet or a comfortable rubber strap.
