OMEGA
In 1848, Louis Brandt opened a watchmaking workshop in the Swiss village of La Chaux-de-Fonds. After Louis Brandt’s death, his two sons took over the business and, under the new name of Louis Brandt & Fils, moved it to Biel/Bienne, where it is still located today.
After introducing the redesigned Seamaster Planet Ocean, OMEGA marked the collection’s London arrival with an evening at one of the city’s most architecturally compelling venues. The Tanks at Tate Modern, former oil storage chambers from the building’s power station past, were transformed into an immersive underwater world, with atmospheric lighting and deep-sea projections. This traced the Planet Ocean back to its origins as a serious dive collection.
The Constellation is an Omega staple. While always popular among men, its more compact and beautifully proportioned women’s references have forever defined its character. 2024 sees Omega launch the new Constellation, a gently and cleverly reworked series of watches that, in true Omega fashion, comes available in a large variety of colors and materials.
