Simone Caporale is an internationally renowned bartender living in London. He started his career in a small coffee bar in Como, Italy before traveling Europe and the Americas working at various cocktail bars.
In 2009, Caporale moved to London and joined the team at Roast in Borough Market, then Artesian at The Langham in 2010. Under mentor Alex Kratena, Caporale honed his signature style of playful presentations and exceptional service.
During his 5 years at Artesian, Caporale helped redefine the 5-star hotel bar experience. Artesian won numerous top awards including World's Best Bar and Best International Cocktail Bar.
In 2015, Caporale left Artesian with Kratena to start a new venture focused on pushing boundaries in the bar industry and giving back through a non-profit organization. Known for his distinctive personal approach, Caporale continues to shape the future of bartending.
