Julia Komp is an award-winning German chef and restaurateur. In 2016 at age 27, she became Germany's youngest Michelin-starred chef.
Komp finds inspiration from her travels to over 30 countries, learning from local chefs worldwide. This global influence shapes her light, fresh cuisine accented with oriental and southeast Asian spices.
She owns two restaurants in Cologne – the Michelin-starred Sahila and Mediterranean mezze bar Yu*lia. Komp also founded premium olive oil and coffee brand Kenzolie.
