During our visit, our experience included smoking cocktails, glow-in-the-dark glassware and even a visit to a secret room, not that we can tell you about it. With Alessio Beltrami at the helm as Head Bartender, the approach puts perfectly mixed cocktails front and centre, with great care and attention going into each and every concoction.
